Just a quick post to remember to stop and take it in, this week was packed I won’t innumerate but packed and when a friend proposed a Drink and Draw gathering I almost said no, I almost said I was too busy. But I’m so glad I said yes. Yes to 2 hours of chatting in a lovely garden outside the Alexander Valley Bar, 2 hours of listening and supporting, sharing and being heard. 2 hours of friends I want to stay connected to. 2 hours of drawing on my iPad, oh yeah and 2 hours of sipping these lovely cocktails. So this is a post to remind myself and you to take the time out of the crazy and say yes to the chance to enjoy 2 hours of whatever simple pleasure proposes itself to you!
