Backyard Birds Layered Fabric collage- Live Virtual Event
This is a playful day of fabric collage. Lisa will provide a variety of backyard bird images printed on cotton selected randomly for you. She will also share her process of creating these images and how she prints them on her home printer for you to try later. After a demonstration of design and composition each participant will begin creating their own Backyard Bird layered art quilt. By the end of the day everyone will have a started a sweet 11″ x 14″ art quilt featuring a backyard bird ready to pop into a shadow box frame or finish any way you choose. This is a great way to use beautiful bits and scraps you’ve been saving!
Materials in Kit include:
- One printed fabric bird pre-fuse to felt,
- 11×14 inch pre-fused felt backing
- Fabric and paper ephemera for embellishment
- Plus oodles of Bird Box examples to inspire.
