{"id":2024,"date":"2015-03-13T16:08:28","date_gmt":"2015-03-13T23:08:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lisathorpeartist.wordpress.com\/?p=2024"},"modified":"2015-03-13T16:08:28","modified_gmt":"2015-03-13T23:08:28","slug":"our-dyeing-day-weve-got-the-blues","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lisathorpe.com\/index.php\/2015\/03\/13\/our-dyeing-day-weve-got-the-blues\/","title":{"rendered":"Our Dyeing Day&#8230;.we&#8217;ve got the blues"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I spent the afternoon dyeing, yup nothing really artsy about this day just about making a change, taking something old and making it new.\u00a0 Awhile ago my friend Sonia told me she wanted to dye her wedding dress blue, her 3oth wedding anniversary is coming around the bend and she really wants to wear that dress but she was having dreams of indigo.\u00a0 I had a few things I\u00a0 with stains that I still love so I thought indigo would be good for me too.\u00a0 So for about 2 hours we talked and mixed and talked and stirred and talked some more.\u00a0 A lovely way to wile away an afternoon and just shows that having the blues can sometimes be a good thing!<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_2025\" style=\"width: 370px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/lisathorpeartist.files.wordpress.com\/2015\/03\/208a.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2025\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2025\" src=\"https:\/\/lisathorpeartist.files.wordpress.com\/2015\/03\/208a.jpg?resize=360%2C480\" alt=\"Sonia with her wedding dress is about to get the blues -
